These Terms govern use of the website service-forestbase.click and engagements with ForestBase Service Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the site or commissioning a review, you accept these Terms.

Services

We provide professional flash-sale conversion tracking reviews, health checks, debrief sessions, and related briefs. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written scope and fee confirmation form the contract for each engagement.

Acceptance

You confirm that information you submit through forms is accurate and that you have authority to share tracking access for review purposes.

Intellectual property

Visual briefs, charts, and written recommendations we deliver remain our intellectual property until fees are paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use the brief internally. You may not resell our briefs. Your underlying sales data remains yours.

Client responsibilities

You supply timely access, accurate sale dates, and a contact who can answer path questions during the review window. Delays in access may shift delivery dates.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions you make after receiving a brief. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
