Refund & cancellation

This policy covers professional engagements with ForestBase Service Ltd, including Flash-Sale Conversion Reviews, Tracking Health Checks, Campaign Debrief Sessions, and Seasonal Rate Packs.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how much work has started relative to the agreed kick-off date and sale window.

Timeframe to request

Contact hello@service-forestbase.click within 14 days of the invoice date or before fieldwork begins — whichever comes first — to discuss cancellation.

Full refund

A full refund of fees paid applies if we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control, or if you cancel in writing before we begin fieldwork and before any deposit hold deadline stated in your scope.

Partial refund

If fieldwork has started but the readout has not occurred, we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent and non-recoverable preparation. The deduction is itemised in writing.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits that secured peak-season calendar holds after the hold deadline
• Completed Campaign Debrief Sessions
• Delivered visual briefs and punch-lists
• Third-party studio hire booked at your request once confirmed

Process

Email hello@service-forestbase.click with your invoice number and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Cancellation & rescheduling

You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least five working days’ notice and the new sale window still fits analyst capacity. Shorter notice may forfeit the deposit on seasonal holds.

No-shows

If your team misses a scheduled readout without 24 hours’ notice, the session fee is charged and a new slot is booked at the standard rate.

Work already started & materials

Charts drafted from your data remain part of our working files. If an engagement ends mid-review, you receive whatever partial notes are ready; unfinished charts are not completed without a new scope.
