About ForestBase Service

A Birmingham practice that reads flash-sale conversion for retail teams who need answers before the next drop.

Official name & founding

ForestBase Service Ltd is the registered business behind ForestBase Service. The practice was established in 2017 in Birmingham after its founders spent peak seasons inside regional fashion and homeware chains watching timed promotions misfire on the till despite strong footfall.

Early work focused on reconciling coupon redemptions with what marketing thought had sold. That stubborn gap — between the advert, the basket, and the paid order — remains the centre of the practice today.

How we work

We treat each flash window as a short field study. An analyst walks the conversion path with your team, charts what the tracking actually recorded, and returns a brief you can pin to a wall. We do not sell seats on a shared product or lock you into software licences.

Values that shape every engagement:

  • Sale-window honesty — we scope to dates you can defend, not open-ended programmes
  • Visual clarity — charts and annotated screenshots first; jargon last
  • Shared readout — merchandising and marketing leave with the same picture
